So how does it work?

Over the last two years, I've developed a digital marketing strategy for attracting care workers. It consists of four key phases:

Phase One: Attract

Through extensive research, I've identified search terms the quality candidates use when searching for care assistant roles through Google.

I use this to fill your pipeline with highly targeted, quality candidates.

Phase Two: Engage & Track

I provide informative and educational content to the candidate to help them understand the role and create a loyalty to your company as they work their way through the recruitment funnel.

The candidate's engagement is tracked using my candidate scoring system. When their candidate score is high enough, they proceed to phase three.

Phase Three: Convert

This is a three-stage process:

Stage One: Screening

Does the candidate pass the minimum requirements for the role. E.g. Do they drive, with access to a reliable car?

Stage Two: Apply

If the candidate passes the screening questions, their application will be submitted to your recruitment team.

Stage Three: Reduce no-shows

The rate of no-show's is greatly reduced by allowing the candidate to schedule a call when they are applying for a job.

Phase Four: Report & Analyse

I measure and refine each stage of the funnel to ensure you're always getting the most care assistants.
